Tabaq Software appointed by Hastam to re-engineer CHASE, an audit application on JEE platform
Bracknell, UK - 16 September 2009 Hastam Limited UK has been providing high quality health and safety services and training to a wide range of organisations since 1984. CHASE, an audit application by Hastam has been in use since 1988 and since then many companies all over the globe have used it to audit their 9001 (quality management), 18001 (health and safety management) and 14001 (environmental management) standards. Chase currently is a standalone application and to extend its life and to make it a truly enterprise application, Hastam has selected Tabaq Software to re-engineer the application on JEE technologies.
Tabaq Software will re-engineer CHASE using state of the art technologies such as JSF, EJBs, JPA, Hibernate 3.2, MySQL, AJAX and XML. The core functionality, workflow and layout of the application will remain the same, however, the JEE technologies will make the application a truly modern web based application which is also scalable.
